HYNET PROJECT – Notice of Meeting on Monday 30 June 2025, 7pm, Sandycroft Community Centre

Queensferry Community Council wish to invite residents of our wards to a meeting with representatives of Hynet to discuss their next steps which will see the work commence.
We are aware the notices of taking temporary possession of land under article 34 of the Hynet Carbon Dioxide Pipeline Order have been issued to residents along parts of Chester Road who may be affected. Thereby, as it is likely this may have caused concern and anxiety, the Community Council has called this meeting in order that Hynet and hopefully a representative of the contractors may attend to allay concerns and explain in plain language the anticipated effects we may experience as the work commences and progresses.
Please let me know if you wish to attend and if you have particular questions to ask, as I am compiling a list in advance of the meeting to avoid duplication and save time.
The meeting will be held at the Sandycroft Community Centre at 7pm on Monday 30 June 2025 and it is hoped will last no longer than two hours.
