A huge thank you to all the volunteers who gave their time and energy to help install the Wildlife Garden at Sandycroft Community Centre on Monday 23rd January. We are almost there with the garden and are awaiting the arrival of bird and bug boxes – watch this space! A big thank you also to Wendy Jones, Flintshire Project Officer for Keep Wales Tidy who was on hand to help and advise with Monday’s installation. And to Rachel Carter, Local Places for Nature Officer who assisted with the Wildlife starter pack application. And finally, also the Welsh Government who funded the Local Places for Nature programme.
